Shipping &
Delivery
Orders selected for Overnight Shipping that are placed
before 12 pm CST will ship the same day. If you selected overnight shipping on
Friday please be advised that your package will not be delivered until Monday
due to FedEx shipping times. Our goal is to process your order within 2-5
business days of receipt. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your
order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check the delivery status
of your order. Beth’s Door ships most orders via FedEx unless otherwise
specified.

Returns & Replacements
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. When your order arrives, please
immediately check each item carefully.
If for any reason, you may return that unused product for an exchange,
credit or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Send a detail explanation to customerservice@bethsdoor.com to
receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) #. Returns will not be processed without RMA #. Beth’s Door
must receive the merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items
must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. In order to facilitate the
credit process please return the items in their
original packaging. Some items may be subject to restocking fee.
